Morning Creation

HAPPINESS ???? Oh yeah, that is nothing more then good health and a POOR memory......

Yet another beautiful day in PA. We are all just relaxing and enjoying the dog days of summer. This morning I made a yummy breakfast drink it included the following ingredients:

Mom's grapefruit zinger:

2 Large Graperfruits (juiced)

1 banana

Ice

Throw all of it in the blender and enjoy

Brecken thought this was the best thing he ever had, I have to admit it tasted pretty good.
