Soft Butter Spread

SOFT BUTTER SPREAD:

make your dollar go further.....

Description:
A fluffy butter mixture that's easily spreadable
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup canola oil

1/2 cup water, at room temperature
Instructions:
1. Using an electric mixer, blend butter on HI until fluffy.
2. Continue mixing, and slowly add oil. Continue mixing and slowly add water. Mixture will turn white and be very light and fluffy!
3. Chill until set. (See additional notes.)

Italian Dressing

Jumpin’ with herbs.

The longer you let this sit, the better it tastes.
1 cup olive oil

1 cup fresh basil

1 cup fresh parsley

1/2 cup dried Italian seasoning

2 scallions

2 tsp onion

1 lemon, juiced

2 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp honey

1/2 tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients in blender. Chill for at least 1 hour.
